FLOOR GRINDING

We have a heavy-duty twin headed diamond grinder and industrial vacuum, principally for the removal of Latex/carpet glue.

Also we have added a single headed lightweight floor grinder for edging and grinding small areas of Latex.

 

Output

The grinder removes approx 200/300 sq/metres per day, depending on the thickness and severity of the adhesive

This is an expensive business and often clients will want the area blasted afterwards to improve and enhance the image of the finished floor.

SCABBLING

Scabbling is concrete grooving by another name

Primarily tungsten tipped cutters are used, with a different configuration on the drum.

Several other types of flails can be used, milling cutters, beam cutters etc.

With our long experience of farm grooving we have probably got more of this type of machinery than
most and would certainly offer more expertise.
