After careful evaluation of the systems on the market we have bought what we think is the best. THE ELECTRODIP.
•To spray sheep with sufficient pressure to penetrate any length of wool, with a wash being applied to the skin and not only the outer wool.
•To spray intensively in the vital areas i.e. along the head, neck and back and around the brisket, stomach and tail, with streams running down the sides of the animal on the skin.
•To spray the sheep easily, quickly, efficiently and economically
When a sheep enters the race it activates an electronic sensor which starts the spray. Each animal is treated individually which ensures an exact application of wash to each animal. If the spray pressure falls the exit gate is automatically locked to ensure that no animal passes through the race without being adequately sprayed. Small lambs on their mothers will activate the sensor.
•Up to 8 weeks maggot-fly protection
•Low water requirements
•No dip disposal problems
•Automatically activated
•Very portable, quick and easy to use
•Exact treatment of wash applied
•Pressure penetration through the fleece
•No sheep can pass through the race without being adequately sprayed
•No recycling so each sheep receives a clean treatment
•Virtually no run off
